Applying a Hybrid Kano/Quality Function Deployment Integration Approach to Wood Desk Designs for Open-Plan Offices

چکیده
In order to better serve the users of wood desks in open-plan offices, Kano model is used analyze problems encountered by office. Combined with quality function deployment (QFD), this study conducted an analysis weighted average users’ needs and importance engineering measures product technical characteristics. The proposed system uses integrated Kano–QFD identify specific scene experience a more complete service system. Through hybrid approach QFD development design technology, offices are optimized improve rationality scientific nature office furniture enhance its market competitiveness.
